- include AHN5 for roofer
- set lod11-fallback-area for roofer
- fix core integration test
- update test data to include AHN5 200m tiles, but they are just a copy of the AHN4 files, because the AHN5 files are not available yet
The AHN5 200m tiles are just a copy of the AHN4 files
Has been removed from source data

I'm merging this, because I test it through the UI and it works, including the nl_export job. So the test are failing for some other reason. |
